Specimen Preparation
1 mL (0.5 mL minimum) Serum from SST or Red Top. Allow serum to clot in an upright position for at least 30 minutes at room temperature. Centrifuge samples and separate serum from cells ASAP. Aliquot and freeze. Do not thaw and refreeze. Ship frozen.

Unacceptable Conditions
