Patient Preparation
No barium enema within 3 days before collection Recommended replication: 1 specimen per day. Obtain up to 3 specimens, collected every other day or within a 10 day frame.
Specimen Preparation
Stool, about 5 mL in Par-Pak Ultra EcoFix transport media. Add sufficient stool to the vial to bring the liquid level to the 'fill to here' line.
