Specimen Preparation
30 mL (10 mL minimum) Random Urine, acidified to a pH of 2
COLLECTION INSTRUCTIONS: Submit entire collection in a urine container. For multiple urine tests, a separate container is required for each test. Send container(s) to the testing site.
TESTING INSTRUCTIONS: Adjust the pH of the entire collection to pH 2 with 6N HCl. Mix and let stand 10 minutes. Centrifuge an aliquot. Write 'pH'd' on the aliquot label.
