Synonyms

  • p190 - BCR ABL QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS
  • QUANTITATIVE BCR ABL (p190)
  • 1193 - BCR ABL (p190) Quantitative

Methodology

RNA isolation with RQ-PCR reaction to precisely quantitate the amount of control and fusion gene transcripts. Major breakpoint analysis.

Sensitivity studies within the laboratory have shown that 0.003% for the BCR-ABL1:ABL1 ratio with at least two BCR-ABL1 copies can be detected.
