Transport refrigerated tissue and body fluid in RPMI. Do not freeze. Reflex testing on abnormal results will be performed as directed by a pathologist.

Specimen: Blood; Antibodies in leukemia panel include: CD71/CD33/HLA-DR/CD45, CD38/CD34/CD56/CD45, CD8/CD4/CD56/CD45, CD19/CD10/CD34/CD45, CD5/CD20/CD3/CD45, CD2/CD7/CD13/CD45, CD15/CD117/CD11b/CD45, CD14/CD61/CD64/CD45, Kappa/Lambda/CD20/CD19; Antibodies in lymphoma panel include: CD71/CD33/HLA-DR/CD45, CD19/CD20/CD10/CD45, CD4/CD7/CD8/CD3, CD5/CD19/CD56/CD3, FMC-7/CD22/CD20/CD23, Kappa/Lambda/CD20/CD19; Other antibodies can be added on as needed.
