Tissue, FNA and body fluids are acceptable sample types. A lavender tube can be used instead of the Green Na Heparin. Transport refrigerated tissue and body fluid in RPMI. Do not freeze. Reflex testing on abnormal results will be performed as directed by a pathologist.

Specimen: Blood; Antibodies in leukemia panel include: CD71/CD33/HLA-DR/CD45, CD38/CD34/CD56/CD45, CD8/CD4/CD56/CD45, CD19/CD10/CD34/CD45, CD5/CD20/CD3/CD45, CD2/CD7/CD13/CD45, CD15/CD117/CD11b/CD45, CD14/CD61/CD64/CD45, Kappa/Lambda/CD20/CD19; Antibodies in lymphoma panel include: CD71/CD33/HLA-DR/CD45, CD19/CD20/CD10/CD45, CD4/CD7/CD8/CD3, CD5/CD19/CD56/CD3, FMC-7/CD22/CD20/CD23, Kappa/Lambda/CD20/CD19; Other antibodies can be added on as needed.
