All samples must be submitted with a completed Hematologics test requisition. Collect 3 mL(minimum 2 mL) whole blood or 2 mL(minimum 1 mL) bone marrow in a lavender top tube. Invert tube 8-10 times to mix blood with anticoagulant. Do not Spin tube. Label tube with at least two identifiers.
