optimum 1.0 mL serum; 0.5 mL minimum.

Storage/Transport Temperature

Refrigerated.

If sample not transported to lab the same day as collected, aliquot the serum.
To aliquot the sample centrifuge the sample and transfer the serum into a clean tube.

Store at 2-8o C for up to 10 days.
Store frozen at -18 to -30oC for 3 months.
