Collect

Endomyocardial biopsy tissue, >1 mm³, in sterile container with 5 mL RPMI 1640.

Unacceptable Conditions

Broken tube, mismatched or missing labels, >8 hours old, insufficient sample size, improper fixation.

Storage/Transport Temperature

Room temperature. Do not freeze.

Stability (from collection to initiation)

8 hours at room temperature.

Performed

Monday through Friday from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M.
