Additional Requirements
A drug treatment and sensitization history must be supplied which details dates of treatment with lymphocytotoxic agents (ATG, OKT3, rituximab, etc.) and/or sensitizing events (transplants, transfusions, and pregnancies).
Unacceptable Conditions
Broken tube, mismatched or missing labels, coagulated, >72 hours old, insufficient cellularity/volume, improper fixation, viability <50%, no history provided.
Storage/Transport Temperature
Room temperature. Do not freeze.
Stability (from collection to initiation)
72 hours at room temperature.
