Do not use collection tubes with glyercol-lubricated stoppers

Stability (from collection to initiation)

After separation from cells: Ambient: 7 days; Refrigerated: 7 days; Frozen: 3 months

Highland Hospital: After separation from cells: Refrigerated: 7 days; Frozen: 3 months.

Fingerstick Requirements

Venous draws are preferred, fingersticks acceptable.  Colelct 2 gold microtainers
